Initiating a Return

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery by contacting support@tomeren.com. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Requests submitted after the 30-day period cannot be accepted.

Return Procedure

Please email support@tomeren.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

Step 2 - Follow the Provided Instructions
Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions outlining how to return your item.

Step 3 - Package the Item Securely
Ensure the product is properly packaged to help prevent damage during transit.

Step 4 - Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 7 days. No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, contact support@tomeren.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation; however, they may be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take a clear photo and email it to support@tomeren.com. We will promptly arrange a replacement or resolve the issue.
