We partner with reliable shipping providers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure secure and timely delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@tomeren.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled; however, they may be returned or exchanged after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

After returned items are received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 7 days. No restocking fees apply.
